Aura Launches Digital Parenthood Community for Parents

Aura, a fast-growing online safety solution, recently launched its Digital Parenthood Community, an online platform aimed at empowering parents who are raising digitally native kids. The free community offers resources and support for parents navigating the challenges of raising a connected generation.

As a father of four, I appreciate the opportunities technology offers for connection and learning, but I also recognize the risks,” said Aura’s Founder and CEO, Hari Ravichandran.

I wanted a trusted space with expert information and a community of parents facing similar challenges, so we created it,” added Ravichandran.

The Digital Parenthood Community provides access to content from Aura’s partners, including Boston Children’s Hospital, Common Sense Media, and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

These experts offer guidance on topics like online predators, cyberbullying, and social media. Parents can also submit questions to receive expert advice, and connect with other parents.

We are excited to support parents through this community,” shared Dr. Michael Rich, Founder and Director of the Digital Wellness Lab at Boston Children’s Hospital. “Our lab focuses on fostering healthy digital experiences for young people, and this platform allows us to extend our reach.”

In the coming year, Aura plans to introduce more features to enrich the community experience, providing additional tools and support for families.
