Strava Integrates F45’s LionHeart to Boost Group Fitness

F45 Training, known globally for its group workouts, has teamed up with Strava. This partnership integrates F45’s LionHeart device with Strava, allowing F45 members to sync their F45 workout data to their Strava accounts to boost fitness tracking and social sharing.

By linking F45’s heart monitoring device LionHeart to Strava, its members can now auto-upload their workout data. This includes class type, location, heart rate, and F45 points. The workouts appear on Strava as weight training, and synced activities are grouped with others from the same class to encourage community connection. Users can also join a global leaderboard for some friendly competition.

To connect F45 to Strava, members just open the F45 app, go to their profile, and choose the Strava integration in their settings. Once linked, workouts sync automatically. This integration enhances the social side of fitness, motivating members to connect and support each other. It also makes it easier for users to benchmark their progress against that of others.
